Recreational Coaching Registration

Welcome to our TSC Coaching family and Thank you for volunteering you time to coach with TSC this Fall!

Coach Expectations

Tracyton Soccer coaches will sign and abide by our Coaches Code of Conduct. Coaches will provide a safe and positive learning environment for all Players. Coaches will understand that they are role models for players and, therefore, will always display appropriate behavior and language around players, families, officials and opponents.

Coaching Responsibilities

1.Attend a preseason coaches meeting. Collect information, uniforms, and equipment.
(This is usually 1-2 hours of your time to be run by TSC Board of Directors.)
2. Contact your team. Hand out uniforms and schedule.
3. Conduct one or two practices a week.
Coach on game day. Arrive 20-30 min before game time. During the game, substitute players consistently and evenly.
5. Maintain communication with our Board and Parents throughout the season. Notify all participants about game/practice cancellations and any equipment/field/participant troubles.

All Tracyton Coaches, managers, volunteers will  process a Risk Management (RMA) as stated below.

Please follow the steps below to complete your Safe Sports certification, concussion compliance,  and Complete your SCAA Compliance (once every 3 years).  If you have any questions or concerns along the way, please don't hesitate in contacting the TSC Registrar Susie McGill at [email protected].

Please save a copy of your Safe Sports. Concussion Compliance, and SCCA Certificates these will need to be uploaded to your TSC account when you apply for your BGC for the 2021 – 2022 season.

Tracyton Soccer Club Coach Registration

  • Make sure to use the exact same name and email address is all places you register. 
  •  Complete the three courses below than continue to register as a coach and process your RMA (Risk Management).
  • *Step 5 of player registration is Coach registration and RMA.  If you do not have your certificates completed please skip this step and return back at a later date and follow the instructions below on registering as a volunteer. 
  • If you do not have a player please create an account as a volunteer and then register for the age group in which you would like to coach.

Early in 2018, Congress passed the Safe Sport Authorization Act requiring specialized training for all volunteers working with young athletes nationwide. All Risk Management will expire on April 30th of each year beginning this year.  .  The online training is now ready for us to take part. All coaches, board members, and volunteers with in our organization will be required to take these courses. 

New Coaches initial/every five year Course:

The three 30-minute training modules including Sexual Misconduct Awareness, Mandatory Reporting and Emotional and physical misconduct can be found here at the SafeSport website.

Returning Coaches Refresher Course SafeSports:

Go to and complete the 15 minute refresher course for Safesports.  Save the certificate to upload into your BGC (Background Check) in that step.


Every year, each WA Youth Soccer coach/assistant coach/team manager must complete an online concussion prevention program.  Save the certificate to upload into your BGC (Background Check) in that step

Sudden Cardiac Arrest: 

Every three years, each WA Youth Soccer coach/assistant coach/team manager must complete an online Sudden Cardiac Arrest prevention program Save the certificate to upload into your BGC (Background Check) in that step

  3. Click the blue "Find Volunteer Roles"
  4. Click Fall 2021 Recreational Soccer "View Divisions"
  5. Choose the birth year(s) of the age you would like to coach
  6. Click View Selected Opportunities"
  7. Choose your role
  8. Upload certificates, answer questions and accept waivers. Then click continue.
  9. Enter required information and click continue
  10. Make sure to click Finish at the end you will receive an email when this step is complete.

*Step 5 of player registration is Coach registration.  If you do not have your certificates completed please skip this step and return back at a later date and follow the instructions above.

This is the website where your schedule will be posted (End of August) for U9 and above teams.  Please make sure you are able to log in to your account.    If you do not have an account  here please create one.
