Our 2025 Financial Aid Fund is open for applications!
To apply for financial aid:
1. Register your player(s) and pay the deposit ($30 for Recreational and $125 for Select) per player.
2. Fill out the online application for financial aid.
3. If applicable, email proof or verification of assistance to [email protected].
4. After the request is reviewed you will receive an email with an approval amount and the financial aid will be applied to your player(s) account.
5. To complete registration please pay the remaining balance or set up payment arrangements.

Tracyton Soccer Club is dedicated to our mission of providing physical, emotional, and social stability to local youth regardless
of the financial circumstances of their families. Our club raises funds throughout the year to support a financial aid program,
which can reduce a participant’s registration fees by 25% or 50%. The application linked below for financial aid should be provided to the
club Treasurer upon completion via email ([email protected]), along with proof of eligibility, as described below.
In an effort to maintain the financial privacy of our soccer families, eligibility for the financial aid program is based first on
participation in or eligibility for government assistance programs, such as Free or Reduced Lunch Program; Women, Infant
and Children (WIC) Nutrition Program or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). Participation in these any of
these programs will allow automatic eligibility for financial aid. Proof of participation in these programs must be provided
with this application to allow verification thereof. Please identify below which program your child or children are eligible.
Online Application for Financial Aid
In order for TSC to apply Financial Aid to account, please register your player(s) and pay the deposit ($30 for Recreational and $125 for Select) per player.
If any child in the household is eligible for the Free or Reduced Lunch Program, all children in the household will receive the same reduced registration fees, regardless of whether the eligible child is registered to play soccer.
Our club understands that not all financial hardship can be measured by the eligibility for or participates in government assistance programs, which is why we have developed a process to consider the financial aid of other players. In the open field, please describe the financial circumstances or hardship that your family is experiencing, so our board president can consider your eligibility for these funds.
This process is not automatic and must be considered by the board president, so please allow additional time to consider your eligibility.
